Scientific's Linda® Now Available for HP-UX 11.0 on Intel® Itanium® 2 Processor

  • New Haven, CT, July 26, 2024: Scientific Computing Associates (SCIENTIFIC), experts in parallel and distributed computing with more than 22 years of experience, today announced Linda for HP-UX on the Intel® Itanium® 2-based and PA-RISC architectures. SCIENTIFIC's Linda is a unique programming tool which allows developers to parallelize existing applications to run efficiently on clusters of computers.

    "With the Linda programming tool, users can now run a single job in parallel across all HP's 64-bit architectures. This allows customers to integrate their new HP-UX Itanium 2-based systems into existing PA-RISC with HP-UX and Alpha with Tru64 environments.
