NetWorkSpaces
NetWorkSpaces® is a powerful open-source software package that makes it easy to use clusters from within scripting languages like Matlab, Python, and R. With only five easy-to-learn commands, NetWorkSpaces uses globally-shared workspaces to develop and run distributed/parallel script applications. NetWorkSpaces moves script processing to the data, rather than moving data to the processing.
SCAI has chosen a dual licensing model to distribute NetWorkSpaces for R and for Python, which are open-source versions of NetWorkSpaces. These open-source versions of NetWorkSpaces are available for download from SourceForge. To download the software, click the links below:

Linda
TCP Linda® is a coordination language that supplies the "glue" needed to cement many independent processes together into a single parallel program. TCP Linda uses tuplespace technology to provide a virtual shared memory (VSM) ) that is logically shared by all the processes in a parallel program. TCP Linda includes a set of powerful extensions to C, C++ and Fortran that enable the development of parallel applications. It is easy to use, even for those who are new to parallel computing.

Paradise
Paradise® supports truly general purpose distributed computing based on the tuplespace virtual shared memory. concept. Implemented using a client-server software architecture, Paradise can be used to create high availability ensemble applications from otherwise independent parallel, distributed, and sequential programs. We have a white paper that discusses a financial application built using Paradise.
