  • Pinebush Technologies, Inc. released a high-speed plotting tool designed specifically for the plotting of advanced microprocessor design complexities. Through the implementation of new algorithms and SCIENTIFIC's most advanced distributed processing technology, parallel HyperPlot II decreased the rasterization time of extremely large devices by 10 times or more.

    By taking advantage of greatly increased efficiencies of data handling and the utilization of all unused computational resources within a network, HyperPlot II allows the user to plot even the most complex designs in only minutes. This distributed processing, through use of several unique Linda/Piranha features, also allows the user to accomplish massively parallel rasterization without impact to any other users or applications within the network.
